Construction of the Chapel, the center of the monument, is complete. Partial construction of the outside memorial walls of glass blocks has begun. Two retreat houses, a visitor center, and a chaplain's residence are also planned. Final completion of the monument and other structures is dependent upon do­nations and volunteer help.
