Our Mission
- To build and maintain a memorial in honor of babies, born and unborn.
- To provide peer counseling and spiritual direction for those suffering a loss of a baby due to:
- miscarriage
- abortion
- stillbirth
- infant death
Notice
Raphael's Refuge will be closed for two days during the week of February 19. Road repairs are necessary following flooding on January 25. If you plan to visit this week, call or e-mail to see if the monument will be accessible that day.

- Former PP clinic director Abby Johnson will speak at the Keye Ingram Auditorium in Bay City, Texas, on February 26 at 7:30 p.m. She will be at the Sacred Heart Church in Hallettsville on February 27 at 7:00 p.m.
